First off is the price! I have work for the big handyman services and found that we can keep our business running and legal without the big prices!.
We do the job RIGHT.
We offer:
Hourly rates two hour minimum
$125 for first two hours
$45 for each after the first two
Flat rates/Estimates
ESTIMATE – An estimate will usually include parts and materials either lumped together or separated. Keep in mind that an estimate is provided based on an initial assessment of the time, materials, and level of difficulty of the work to be performed and is subject to change at any point during the work/repair process. Estimates are most commonly affected by unforeseen problems encountered during the work/repair phase that were not apparent or could not be identified during the initial evaluation.
